I live on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. A sub-tropical area with the state's tag line being "Beautiful One Day, Perfect The Next" and I must say that pretty much sums up Queensland and my life.

I live with my gorgeous daughter Connor who is 14 and growing into the most delicious young woman, our dog Scruffy (and yes the name suits him) some tropical fish that Connor HAD to have a couple of years ago, which are now my domain for feeding :) and my horse Quickdraw (I would love for him to have another name, but that's what he arrived with and I don't have the heart to change it on him!).

My passions in life are living in alignment and discovering more about human potential and our connection to our ultimate power source (you might call it God). I'm in 7th heaven when I'm in a bookstore troweling through the personal-development and new-age shelves.

Recently I came across the works of Abraham and that has transformed my life. It was good before, but now it's simply sublime. I began my leadership journey back in the early 80's and truth be told in those early days I was a fairly lousy leader. But I was blessed with great leaders to learn from and role-model aspects of - combine that with my voracious desire to learn and here you find me today: helping other leaders to be at their best.

The information on this site comes from my experience both as a leader and in coaching and mentoring other leaders over this past 30 years (oh my lord - how those years have flown - and I still feel 20 lol). I don't delve too much into theory - there's plenty of other sites out there where you can get into that.

This site is about aligning yourself (hence the site name) and then offers some practical tools you can try on for yourself. Will they always work for you? Maybe, maybe not. Your situation will never be the same as mine. So when you read articles feel into whether the information is appropriate and how you can modify it to suit your needs.

The reason I love to work with leaders is because if I can help you learn, grow and align with your potential, you then go on and inspire and influence many others. Who knows how many generations you and I might touch, simply because we gave focus to aligning our potential.
