This self-assessment identifies 99 areas of competency that enable a leader to be successful. And no, you do not need to be competent in all 99 areas to be successful!

As mentioned on Skills Assessment Page, do not expect to excel at everything - it's impossible and it will drive you crazy (as well as make you inefficient) trying to do so!

Instead focus on those areas that are strengths for you and continue to build them and the find strategies and systems and people that will enable you to work around your weaknesses so they don't become major stumbling blocks.
