And the delightful thing about being a leader in the corporate world is that there are so many ways you can leave your mark. I was lucky that fairly early in my career I was introduced to the concept of High Performance Leadership ... this has had a profound impact on my life.

Being a Leader in a High Performance environment set me on a path of being enthusiastically focused on being the best possible version of myself, so that not only did my life improve, but so that I could become a model for others who wanted to step into their potential.

Working in a corporate environment (well any environment really) means that you need to deliver results (i.e. profits to the bottom line), and the brilliant thing about being a High Performance Leader is that not only do you get to deliver awesome results ... you have a very positive impact on the growth of individuals and the greater collective universe.

It amazes me when I hear from people, whom I've previously not met, who have made changes in their life because they had been influenced by a friend or associate of theirs that I had worked with. You have no idea how far out the ripples of the pebble you drop in the pond may expand. (Your pebble being how you show up as a leader and the impact you have on others).
